The consumer is looking for benefit rich language that makes it easy to take action. By "benefit rich" I mean language that tells the consumer what is in it for them. What are the most powerful and compelling benefits that your consumer might want or need.
Be sure to include compelling and eye-catching graphics. Images are the one of the best ways to create an ad that brings in leads. Make the whole image clickable for on-line ads, for greatest impact.

Start with less branded sites, as consumers are more likely to leave contact information with a source they regard as least sales-oriented and more content-rich.
