Geekwire reports that Washington-based traffic data company INRIX and Seattle-based real estate company Windermere are partnering to offer home-buyers the technology to compare commuter data for regular commuting hours in actual time. The service is being rolled out in the 10 states where Windermere operates.
Another factor that appeals to many buyers in the Seattle area is "walk score." How walkable is the neighborhood in which they wish to live? Walk Score helps you find a walkable place to live.
