I am busy backing for my first cruise at sea! It is a voyage to the Caribbean on Royal Caribbean cruise lines, sponsored by the National Real Estate Investors Association. I am attending as the volunteer membership coordinator for our local real estate investment association, REAPS, who helped to underwrite my trip. National REIA's annual cruise has connected 5,000+ investors from more than 70 cities over the past twelve years.
